Miller "MEI" 12-POINT Adjusters, STANDARD on PA Series Rocker Arms

The MEI 12-POINT Adjusters have HAMMER FORGED crowns for superior strength, not "broached" (cut) like the other brands. They are precision ground to our special .608" Diameter, which fit any standard rocker slot with room to spare. Sold in Packages of 16. These are a great option for the PVS "OE" Series rockers, as well as replacing other manufacturer's cheaper "hex" head adjusters.
